Shipping & Returns Policy
All packages will be calculated with the shipping fees automatically reflected upon checkout.
As we order twice a month from our suppliers (on every 14th & 28th of the month) and all the stuffs will be arrive 1 week after. However, items available in stock will be shipped on next day after the payment received base on every monday and thursday of our delivery stocks timing.
Then, we will ship the parcel with the following courier service.
Pos Ekspres/ PosLaju (Domestic) - The delivery standard is within 2 to 5 days working days.
Registered Post (International) - 7 to 12 working days. All transit times are subject to Customs Clearance.
You will receive via email- a tracking number from us once we ship out the goods.
* Please note that your order will not be process until we have received full payment.
You could check the Order Status after bank in to us.
Out of Stock Items
Most of the products was already OUT OF STOCK when you made the order. In this case we will ship the products only when all out of stock products arrive. However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.
We are not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Customers are responsible to track the flow of the package via a tracking number via email after we dispatch the package.
However, under unforeseen circumstances, if the shipment go missing and not received the order, customers may contact Post Office or 1 300 300 300 and they will take appropriate action.
If you have received a product that is damaged, immediately notify us. You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
All items purchased online through our online store.com are returnable except for products Playing Cards . We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. Remember, you are not only buying a physical product, but also a secret. however we gladly protect you 100% from product defect. And in the case an item is defective, we can only offer a replacement and not a credit or refund amount.
The product(s) will be inspected upon order shipment reference number. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging must be in place for full refund to be issued. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer.
